Remove fuse F14
With EM012, EM013, EM014 & EM015 disconnected, measure the voltage between EM013/014 & EM014/008

Is the voltage > 0 (zero)V?

Yes
Inspect connector EM013 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation
