R13: Check Harness Continuity - Throttle Ground

With EM010, EM014 & EM015 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM014/008 & EM1AL (EM2AL)
Repeat for EM014/007

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to R14

No
Inspect connectors EM010, EM014 & EM015 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS37/ground stud. Test the system for normal operation
