R11: Check Harness Continuity - Throttle +VE

With EM014 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM014/006 & PI033/001 Repeat for EM014/005 & PI033/001

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to R12

No
Inspect connectors EM014, PI002 & PI033 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS19. Test the system for normal operation
