B4: Check Harness Continuity - Battery Supply

With EM010, EM020 & EM007 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/009 & EM020/008

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to B5 B5: Check Harness Short to Ground

No
Inspect EM010 & EM020 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS41. Test the system for normal operation.
