with connectors FC025, FC026 and BT007 disconnected measure the resistance between FC026/014 and BT007.

Is the resistance < 0.5 OHM?

Yes
Go to B6

No
Inspect harness/connectors/pins FC026, RH001/014, BT002/018 and BT007 for corrosion, damage, bent or pushed back pins. Repair as required and test the system for normal operation.
