B7: Check For Short to Ground

With EM015, EM010 & EM058 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM015/003 & ground EM010/022.

Is the resistance > 10M ohms?

Yes
Reconnect EM010
Go to B8 B8: Check Harness Continuity

No
Inspect EM015 & EM058 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector. Test the system for normal operation.
