Repeat this test for pairs EM012/002 & P1034/001 EM012/003 & P1034/006 EM012/004 & P1034/003

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to D7

No
Inspect EM012 & PI034 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector (PI001)
