A15: Check Harness Short Core to Core

With connectors EM027, EM029 & PI018 to PI024 disconnected & Ignition relay (#2) removed
Measure the insulation resistance, in turn, between pairs
EM027/007 & EM029/007
EM027/008 & EM029/008
EM027/011 & EM029/011
EM027/012 & EM029/012

Is the resistance > 10M Ohms?

Yes
Go to A16

No
Inspect connectors EM029, PI001 & PI018 to PI024 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation
