NOTE: Logic change where YES indicates a fault





Remove fuse F18
With EM012, EM013 & EM027 disconnected, measure the voltage between ground EM027/009 & in turn:
EM013/026
EM013/033
EM013/032
EM013/023

Any voltage > 0 (zero)V?

Yes
Inspect connectors EM013 & EM027 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness Test the system for normal operation

No
Do not replace fuse F18
Go to A13
