A16: Check For Short #1 Module to Ground

With connectors EM012, EM013, EM027, EM029, PI018, PI021, PI023 & PI024 disconnected & fuse F18 removed, measure the resistance between EM027/008 & EM027/009

Is the resistance > 10M ohms?

Yes
Do not replace fuse F18
Go to A17

No
Inspect connectors EM027, PI001 & PI018, PI021, PI023 & PI024 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation
