A8: Check Continuity Relay to ECM

With ignition relay (#2) removed, measure the resistance between relay pin 1 & EM013/022

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to A9

No
Inspect connectors EM026, EM013 & relay socket 1 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation
