A11: Check Ground Continuity Control Module

Measure the resistance between EM027/009 (#1 control module) & ground EM2AR (EM1AR) Repeat for EM029/009 (#2 control module) & ground EM2AR (EM1AR)

Is the resistance <0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to A12

No
Inspect connector EM027 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/ground. Test the system for normal operation
