Measure the resistance between EM013/019 & PI017/001

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to E6

No
Inspect EM013 & PI017 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector PI001/022. Test the system for normal operation
