E3: Check Harness Short Core to Core

With conditions as E2, measure the insulation resistance between EM013/019 & EM013/028

Is the resistance > 10M Ohms?

Yes
Go to E4

No
Inspect EM013 & PI017 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector PI001. Test the system for normal operation
