With EM010, EM011, PI006 PI004 & PI042 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/021 & PI006/004

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to P4

No
Inspect EM010 & PI006 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice PIS01
