H19: Check Harness Short to Ground

With EM010 & EM012 & EM024 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM012/016 & ground EM010/023

Is the resistance> 10M ohms?

Yes
Go to H20

No
Inspect EM012, EM024 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness / connector fault; reconnect plug(s)
