Measure the insulation resistance between EM012/016 & EM015/001

Is the resistance> 10M ohms?

Yes
Reconnect all plugs
Go to G20

No
Inspect EM012, EM015 & EM024 for corrosion, bent / pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness / connector fault
