Measure the insulation resistance between EM012/016 & ground EM019/023

Is the resistance> 10M ohms?

Yes
Go to G19

No
Inspect EM012, EM024 for corrosion, bent / pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness / connector fault; reconnect plug(s)
