D20: Check Harness Short Core to Core

Measure the insulation resistance between EM012/017 & EM012/022

Is the resistance> 10M ohms?

Yes
Reconnect all plugs
Go to D21

No
Inspect EM012, EM015 & EM022 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector fault, remake all connections.
