With EM010 & EM012 & EM022 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM012/017 & ground EM010/023

Is the resistance> 10M ohms?

Yes
Go to D20

No
Inspect EM012, EM022 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness / connector fault; reconnect plug(s)
