With EM010, EM011, PI006 PI004 & PI042 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/020 & PI006/001
Repeat for EM011/012 & PI006/001

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to N4

No
Inspect EM010, EM011, PI001 & PI006 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splices EMS02 & PIS01
