Jaguar Cellular Telephone - Audiotronics Technical Hotline
Issue:
A special toll-free technical hotline operated by Audiotronics Cellular Service (800 770-0521) has been provided to assist dealers in diagnosing Jaguar cellular phone problems. It is recommended that dealers contact the toll-free hotline before attempting any cellular phone repairs.
Dealers must contact the toll-free hotline in order to obtain a transceiver, PSE unit, or handset. These parts will not be released from stock without authorization from Audiotronics Cellular.
Action:
When assistance is required while diagnosing a Jaguar cellular phone problem, contact the Audiotronics technical hotline first. When calling the Audiotronics hotline, be prepared to give the company name and dealer code. Only if Audiotronics determines that the problem is vehicle - related, will you be instructed to call the Jaguar technical hotline.
