Throttle Target Index

Primary detection is based upon an inconsistent throttle angle when checked against pedal angle.

The target throttle angle is checked against the demanded pedal angle when the throttle and ECM are in acceleration mode (normal driving). If this differs from a value, which is "mapped" against gear position and road speed, a failure judgement will be made.
