Center Console Ashtray

Removal
1. Remove battery cover and disconnect earth lead from terminal. Refer to Battery Removal and Installation. Service and Repair
2. Remove center console for access.





3. Remove cigar lighter assembly.
- Disconnect cigar lighter housing multiplug.
- Slacken and remove ring from underside and remove housing from ashtray.





4. Position console for access, remove four ashtray securing screws and remove ashtray from vehicle.

Installation
5. Position ashtray on center console.
6. Fit and tighten the four ashtray securing screws.
7. Fit and fully seat cigar lighter housing in ashtray.
8. Fit cigar lighter in housing.
9. Close ashtray lid.
10. Fit center console assembly.
11. Connect earth cable to battery terminal and fit battery cover. Refer to Installation and Reconnection Procedure. Service and Repair
