Passenger Air Bag Module

Passenger-Side Airbag:

- Disconnect the battery and wait for one minute before attempting airbag removal.
- Remove passenger side underscuttle pad. Service and Repair
- Remove airbag module deployment door see 'Restraint Systems, Air Bag Systems.' Service and Repair

- Carefully remove the airbag module including the four fixing bolts and disconnect the harness multi-plug.
- Fit and align new module to the aperture.


NOTE: The harness is located between the airbag carrier bracket tie to body in white and the blower assembly.


NOTE: Do not damage the protective film when removing the airbag module.
