a. Examine harness wiring, checking continuity between C/M CM multi-pin connector and mirror connectors as follows:

Pin 1 Passenger's Mirror U/D 3
Pin 11 Driver's Mirror U/D 3
Pin 25 Passenger's Mirror R/L 10
Pin 13 Driver's Mirror R/L 10
Pin 26 Common (both mirrors) 4

b. Test resistance between motor units pin 4 and both pins 3 and 10; a value of approximately 2 Ohm should be recorded.
c. Check motor position potentiometers as described in step 12.
