Throttle Sticking Closed - Modify Crankcase Breather System

ISSUE:

The Technical Bulletins for modifying the crankcase breather, 3.1-15 (1995-97 MY Sedan) and 17-11 (XJS), dated 12/98, supersede Technical Bulletins 5.1-23 and 19-40 for revising the idle speed adjustment procedure.

ACTION:

Effective March 1, 1999, warranty claims for the work described in Technical Bulletins 5.1-23 and 19-40, performed on or after this date will no longer be accepted.
