Blower Assembly - Passenger Side

Blower Motor Assembly




1. Move seat fully rearward.
2. Disconnect vehicle battery ground lead.
3. Remove underscuttle pad/knee bolster.
4. From blower motor remove fuse box / relay brackets and disconnect timer module multi-plug.
5. Disengage trucking from A/C unit (1).
6. Remove fixings blower motor mounting (2).
7. Disconnect vacuum pipe from flap actuator (3).
8. Disconnect blower motor electrical harness.
9. Remove blower motor from the vehicle noting that the lower flap must be opened to allow the upper flap to disengage from the upper body aperture.
10. With blower motor assembly on a suitable work surface, remove trunking (4).
11. Reassembly and fitting is the reversal of this procedure.
