Ignition Coil: Service and Repair

On-plug Ignition Coil
1. Open the hood and fit a wing cover.

2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Disconnect the on-plug ignition coil multi-plug.
4. Undo and remove the on-plug ignition coil securing bolts.
5. Displace and remove the on-plug ignition coil. Remove and discard the gasket.
6. Clean the gasket face.

NOTE: Fitting a new on-plug ignition coil is the reverse of the removal procedure.
