Distributor Cap: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect throttle cable at throttle turntable.

Component Locations:

2. Remove throttle linkage rods and center engine shield.

Marelli Distributor:

3. Note positions of ignition wires and remove wires from distributor cap.
4. Loosen screws securing cap to distributor and remove cap.
5. Be sure gasket is in place when refitting cap.
