Blower ASM

Removal

1. Remove the lower cover.
- Remove the resin clip of the lower cover, pull the panel forward and disconnect the clip on the reverse side.

2. Remove the side cover (passenger side).
- Remove the resin clip of the side cover (passenger side), pull the panel forward and disconnect the clip on the reverse side.

3. Remove the washer tank.
- Remove the nut and bolt from the washer tank and disconnect the connector.

4. Remove the IP cluster bezel.
- Pull the IP cluster bezel forward and disconnect the clip on the reverse side.
- Disconnect each connector.

5. Remove the center cover.
- Remove the bolt and resin clip of the center cover, pull the panel forward and disconnect the clip on the reverse side.

6. Remove the blower control cable.
- Disconnect the control cable from the blower ASM.

7. Disconnect the blower motor connector.
8. Disconnect the resistor connector.
9. Remove the radiator grille.
- Refer to Sheet Metal for Radiator Grille and Front Panel.

10. Remove the front panel.
- Refer to Sheet Metal for Radiator Grille and Front Panel.

11. Remove the bolt (1).






12. Remove the bolt, nut and screw (vehicle interior) of the blower ASM.
13. Remove the blower ASM.
- Remove it together with the blower ASM stay (bottom left).
