Removal

1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the heater and evaporator unit ASM.
- Refer to Heating and Ventilation for Heater Unit.

3. Remove the expansion valve.
- Refer to Expansion Valve.

4. Remove the evaporator cover.
5. Remove the fin sensor.
- Refer to Thermo Switch.

6. Remove the evaporator core.
