Control Lever ASM

Removal

1. Remove the IP cluster bezel.
- Pull the IP cluster bezel forward and disconnect the clip on the reverse side.
- Disconnect each connector.

2. Remove each of the cluster pockets.
- Remove the screw of the cluster pocket.

3. Remove the lever knob and each of the knobs.
4. Remove the control panel bezel (2) from the control lever ASM (1).
- Raise the claws (4 places) from the control panel bezel (2), and remove with the A/C switch.






5. Remove each control cable.
- Disconnect the control cable from the link of the heater unit as well as the blower ASM.
- Disconnect each of the control cables from the lock clamp.

6. Remove the control lever ASM.
- Remove the screw, pull the control lever ASM forward and disconnect the A/C switch as well as fan control switch connectors.

7. Remove the control panel's illumination bulb.
- Turn the illumination bulb (2) and remove from the control lever ASM rear side (1).






Inspection

Fan Control Switch

1. Check the conduction between the connectors at the fan control switch end while operating the fan control switch according to the connection table below.
