License Lamp Replacement (W/ Step Bumper)

Removal Procedure




1. Ensure that the headlamp switch is OFF and that the ignition switch is in the LOCK position.
2. Remove the license plate lamp from the bumper by pulling the lamp up and tilting the bottom of the lamp away from the bumper.




3. Rotate the bulb socket 1/4 turn counter-clockwise in order to remove the socket from the license plate lamp assembly.
4. Remove the bulb from the socket.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the bulb to the socket.
2. Rotate the bulb socket 1/4 turn clockwise in order to install the socket to the to the license plate lamp assembly.




3. Install the license plate lamp to the bumper by pushing the lamp up and in, then tilting the bottom of the lamp into the bumper.
