Air Outlet Replacement - FloorWITH A/C
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the instrument panel sound insulator.
2. Remove the floor air outlet screws (2).
3. Remove the floor air outlet (1).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the floor air outlet (1).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Service Precautions.
2. Install the floor air outlet screws (2).
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 3.1 N.m (27 lb in).
3. Install the instrument panel sound insulator.
WITHOUT A/C
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the floor air outlet screws.
2. Remove the air outlet.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the floor outlet.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Service Precautions.
2. Install the floor outlet screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 3.1 N.m (27 lb in).
