Air Inlet Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the Instrument Panel.
2. Disconnect the vacuum connectors, as necessary.
3. Remove the air inlet studs(3).




4. Remove the air inlet assembly (2).
5. Remove the air inlet gasket (1), if necessary.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the air inlet gasket (1), if necessary.




2. Install the air inlet assembly (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Service Precautions.

3. Install the air inlet studs (3).

Tighten
Tighten the studs to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in).

4. Install the vacuum connectors as necessary.
5. Install the instrument panel.
