Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the vehicle control module (VCM), if equipped. Please refer to Powertrain Management; Computer and Control Systems.



2. Disconnect the hose from the coolant recovery reservoir.




3. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir attaching nuts.




4. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir.
5. Remove the coolant from the reservoir.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the coolant recovery reservoir.




2. Install the coolant recovery reservoir attaching nuts.




3. Connect the hose to the coolant recovery reservoir.
4. Install the vehicle control module (VCM), if equipped. Please refer to Powertrain Management; Computer and Control Systems.
