This Campaign Bulletin Addendum revises the Warranty Claim Information sections contained in SB96-11-L009, 1994 Rodeo (UC) Takata Seat Belt Campaign Bulletin and SB96-11-L010, 1994 Pickup (TF) Takata Seat Belt Campaign Bulletin. Both Campaign Bulletins were issued 11/96. The Warranty Claim Information section has been revised to allow for payment when both the left and right inner front seat belts are replaced. The Warranty Claim information section for SB96-11-L009 has also been revised to clearly show which labor operations apply to bench and bucket seat models.

For warranty claim submission, please disregard the Warranty Claim Information sections contained in these two published and released Campaign Bulletins and refer now only to the applicable Warranty Claim Information section contained in this Campaign Bulletin Addendum.
