Fuel Return Line: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Preparation: Disconnect the battery negative cable.

1. Remove the fuel filler cap
2. Remove the fuel return pipe
- Disconnect from front of fuel tank.
3. Remove the fuel feed pipe
- Disconnect from front of fuel tank.
4. Remove the fuel filter
- Disconnect rubber hoses from fuel filter.
5. Remove the fuel feed pipe
- Disconnect from engine side.
6. Remove the fuel return pipe
- Disconnect from engine side.
7. Remove the pipe mounting clips
8. Remove the fuel pipe from chassis frame.

INSTALLATION
To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order.
