Choke Thermostat/Heater: Description and Operation

With the engine running, the generator applies battery voltage to the charge relay. The charge relay energizes and allows battery voltage from main fuse 1 to be applied to fuse 6 which then applies voltage to the choke heater and the vent switch valve.

The choke heater will heat up and open the choke. The choke heater and vent switch valve will stay ON until the ignition switch is turned OFF.
