Knock Sensor

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the knock sensor wiring harness connector from knock sensor.
3. Remove the knock sensor from engine block.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the knock sensor into the engine block. Apply thread sealer, such as soft tape, to the knock sensor threads.

Torque: 20 N.m (15 Ft.Lb.)

2. Install knock sensor wiring harness connector to the knock sensor.
3. Connect the negative battery cable.
