Throttle Valve Cable/Linkage: Adjustments

Fig. 1 Adjusting throttle cable:

1. Ensure throttle valve is fully closed.
2. Adjust setting of adjustment nut so that clearance A, Fig. 1, is .0315-.0591 inch.
3. With throttle valve fully open, check that inner cable stroke B is 1.30-1.34 inch. Adjust as necessary.
