Fuel Tank Pressure Release Valve: Service and Repair

Fuel Gauge Tank Unit Replacement:

SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
To replace the in-tank pressure control valve, the fuel gauge sending unit must be replaced.
Make sure vehicle has less than 1/2 tank of gas. If not drain to below 1/2.

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
- Negative battery cable.
- Fuel sender connector.
- Sender fasteners.
- Sender.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
- Sender.
- Sender fasteners.
- Fuel sender connector.
- Negative battery cable.
