DOOR SWITCH CIRCUIT

DRIVER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK DOOR SWITCH

Check door switch.Refer to "Component Function Check" Door Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

2. CHECK DOOR SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL

Check voltage between driver side power window main switch harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace power window main switch.Refer to "Removal and Installation" Service and Repair.
NO- GO TO 3.

3. CHECK DOOR SWITCH CIRCUIT

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect power window main switch connector and driver side power window motor connector.
3.Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and driver side door switch harness connector.





4.Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace harness.

4. CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
