LIFTING FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE

FRONT : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK LIFTING MECHANISM

Check for the following.
- Mechanism deformation or pinched foreign materials.
- Interference with other parts because of poor installation.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

2. CHECK LIFTING SWITCH (FRONT)

Check lifting switch (front).
- Driver side: Refer to "DRIVER SIDE : Component Function Check" Component Function Check.
- Passenger side: Refer to "PASSENGER SIDE : Component Function Check" Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CHECK LIFTING MOTOR (FRONT)

Check lifting motor (front).
- Driver side: Refer to "DRIVER SIDE : Component Function Check" Component Function Check.
- Passenger side: Refer to "PASSENGER SIDE : Component Function Check" Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

4. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Check the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
