Component Function Check


1. CHECK BACK-UP LAMP RELAY FUNCTION

Check that rear sunshade returns to the fully open position when shifting A/T shift selector to the R position while rear sunshade is in the fully closed position.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- INSPECTION END
NO-


Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK REVERSE SIGNAL

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect rear sunshade control unit connector.
3.Turn ignition switch ON.
4.Shift A/T shift selector to R position.
5.Check voltage between rear sunshade control unit harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace rear sunshade assembly.
NO- Check back-up lamp circuit. Exterior Lighting System.
