Check trunk lid opener request switch operation in the trunk lid open condition. System Description.


Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK TRUNK LID OPEN FUNCTION

Check trunk lid open function with Intelligent Key.
Does trunk lid open with Intelligent Key?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Trunk Lid Does Not Open With Intelligent Key.

2. CHECK TRUNK LID OPENER REQUEST SWITCH

Check trunk lid opener request switch.
Trunk Lid Opener Request Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CHECK OUTSIDE KEY ANTENNA (REAR BUMPER)

Check outside key antenna (rear bumper).
Outside Key Antenna.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

4. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
