Cylinder head









Tighten all cylinder head bolts 105 Nm (11 kg-m, 77 ft-lb)
Completely loosen all bolts 0 Nm (0 kg-m, 0 ft-lb)
Tighten all bolts 40.0 Nm (4.1 kg-m, 30 ft-lb)
Turn all bolts 95 degrees
Turn all bolts 95 degrees again

Whenever the size difference between (B) and (A) exceeds the limit, replace them with new one.

c : 48 mm (1.89 in)
d : 11 mm (0.43 in)

Limit [(B) - (A)] 0.18 mm (0.0071 in)

VVEL ladder assembly









Tighten mounting bolts in the following steps, in numerical order as shown in the figure

i.Tighten bolts 1.96 Nm (0.20 kg-m, 1 ft-lb)
ii.Tighten bolts 5.88 Nm (0.60 kg-m, 4 ft-lb)
iii.Tighten bolts 10.4 Nm (1.1 kg-m, 8 ft-lb)
