INTRODUCTION
Infiniti is conducting this voluntary service campaign on certain 2011 M37 and M56 vehicles. Due to a manufacturing irregularity of the power window switches, the power window auto function may stop working. If this should occur, the other power window functions will continue to work correctly. To remedy this potential condition, Infiniti will replace the power window switches at no charge for parts or labor.
