OVERALL SEQUENCE






DETAILED FLOW
1.INTERVIEW FOR MALFUNCTION
Interview the customer to obtain information about symptoms using "Diagnostic Work Sheet". ( Diagnostic Work Sheet.)
- GO TO 2.
2.SELF-DIAGNOSIS WITH CONSULT-III
1. Perform "All DTC Reading" with CONSULT-III.
2. Check if the DTC is detected on the self-diagnosis results of "ICC/ADAS" and/or "LANE CAMERA".
Is any DTC detected?
YES - GO TO 5.
NO - GO TO 3.
3.PRE-INSPECTION FOR DIAGNOSIS
Perform pre-inspection for diagnosis. LDW & LDP.
- GO TO 4.
4.ACTION TEST
Perform LDW/LDP system action test to check the operation status. LDW & LDP.
- GO TO 6.
5.TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS BY DTC
Perform trouble diagnosis for the detected DTC. Specify a malfunctioning part. Testing and Inspection(ICC/ADAS) and/or Testing and Inspection (LANE CAMERA).
- GO TO 7.
6.SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS
Perform symptom diagnosis. Specify malfunctioning part. LDW & LDP System Symptoms.
- GO TO 7.
7.MALFUNCTION PART REPAIR
Repair or replace the identified malfunctioning parts.
- GO TO 8.
8.REPAIR CHECK (SELF-DIAGNOSIS WITH CONSULT-III)
Perform self-diagnosis with CONSULT-III. Check that any DTC is not detected. Erase DTC if DTC is detected before the repair. Check that DTC is not detected again.
Is any DTC detected?
YES - GO TO 5.
NO - GO TO 9.
9.REPAIR CHECK (ACTION TEST)
Perform LDW/LDP system action test. Also check the system operation.
Does it operate normally?
YES - INSPECTION END
NO - GO TO 4.
